HiPoint has designed one master model that is adjustable on a region's processing demands. HiPoint facilities have a warehouse structure and an appearance that coincides with equestrian aesthetics. The buildings are designed with a carbon filter ozone extraction ventilation system under slight negative air pressure to prevent odor, dust, and noise from being disruptive to the area.

HiPoint is advancing this concept with the development of EPR Zero, a proprietary mobile hardware and software solution designed to monitor and trace the waste stream of bioproducts, explicitly focusing on horse manure waste that has become a disposal crisis in many horse regions around North America and the World. Built to enhance the value of the HiPoint biomass recycling facility, EPR Zero can also be run independently and integrated into any region's waste ecosystem.
