Ocala, Florida

Target: Q2 2026

Ocala, Florida is home to over 50,000 horses within state lines and will be the North America Flagship location. The site will handle the waste from major equestrian centers in the county and will be first of its kind in North America.

HiPoint Ocala is in the final stages before undergoing construction.

Arabian Peninsula

Target: Q4 2026

HiPoint AG is working towards a 6 facility project in the Arabian Peninsula with sites in Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The region is in desperate need for a environmental solution for waste disposal and due to the lack of wood supply a consistent supply of wood shavings.

HiPoint Arabia is looking rowards the end of 2026 to have the first site operational in the region.

Palm Beach County, Florida

Target: Q1 2027

Palm Beach County is the heart of high end Equestrian competition and a global destination. The site will handle the waste from up to 2,500 horses from the major equestrian centers in the county.

HiPoint PBC has tremendous support from the local industry and is awaiting Land & Funding.

Target: Q2 2027

The Newmarket region in England is a key site for HiPoint AG with an amazing equine industry and growing support from the racecourses and the Royal Family. HiPoint Newmarket is a key building block for expansion across Europe.

HiPoint Newmarket has a strong team with land, hauling and distribution, as well as industry support and is working towards funding.

North America

HiPoint has identified more than 40 viable regions across North America where HiPoint facilities can be highly profitable. Implementation would change the local equine industry, making North America the pinnacle of Equine Technology. The currently progressing regions include two sites in Florida as well as advancing sites across Texas, New York, California, and into Canada.

Europe & UK

Europe and the UK have stringent rules on waste and reuse of end-of-life products and are far more rigorous in regulations than North America. This sustainability initiative, along with needed policy change, would make us the leader in closed-loop sustainable recycling for waste and methane control from an animal waste stream. Europe uses a lot of straw to pivot to more energy and composting options within HiPoint energy solutions. Key locations in the UK and Belgium.

Additional Regions

Areas with low tree growth, such as UAE, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and HiPoint, would have a secure advantage through our process. We can recycle the same wood fibre five times, thus reducing bagging, shipping fees, and time from America and Europe. Additionally, places like Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Jockey Club have limited space and a high volume of bedding waste, where we can build and recycle on-site and have a green, sustainable mandate.
